Global Lottery: The Real Story of the Turf Lottery Games Contract

The Jockey Club de Alegrete, the legal authority for holding the Turf Lottery Games in Brazil, today announced that they have not agreed to any contract nor has a deal been reached between the parties, Playhouse Emprendientos LTDA or Global Lottery Corporation (Pink Sheets: GTTC), to operate the games of Turf in Brazil. Neither of these companies holds any authority for Turf Lottery Games in Brazil. All Public Announcements that have been made by Global Lottery Corporation and Playhouse Emprendientos regarding a contract between them and The Jockey Club has no legal merit. Therefore, any and all news announcements that have been made or posted on financial websites or any other media around the world, involving this matter are absolutely false.

The Jockey Club de Alegrete would further like to clarify that Mr. Paulo Rogerio Godinho Rocca does not represent The Jockey Club de Alegrete. He has no authority to enter into any negotiations or contracts nationally or internationally which would legally bind The Jockey Club de Alegrete. All the powers of office previously held between these parties have been cancelled.

The Jockey Club de Alegrete has entered into a new partnership with International Lottery Corporation to provide all funding necessary for operation of games of turf in Brazil, in accordance with the approved plan of betting by the Ministry of Agriculture, which remains in full force. Presidente of the Jockey Club, Nilton Carlesso says, "We are very confident about our new partnership with International Lottery Corporation as it will help many more people."
