Share Article

Patricia Seybold Group and Baynote share groundbreaking techniques that dramatically improve online search experience.

The online search experience is a constant challenge for companies of all sizes. Significant resources are expended manually optimizing search results, but the ROI on these efforts is often marginal. What’s needed is a solution that will automatically keep up with constantly changing content and user needs.
"Companies continually strive to improve search, and it seems that search and navigation can never be good enough. With the continuing explosion of content, new approaches are needed to solve customers' search needs," said Susan Aldrich, senior vice president of enterprise and product search at the Patricia Seybold Group.
Join Susan along with Scott Brave, Baynote CTO, to learn about a unique, self-optimizing approach to improving search called UseRank®. The live webinar “The Secret to Great Search Results – It’s Easier Than You Think” takes place on Tuesday, December 8 at 11:00 a.m. PST/2:00 p.m. EST.

ª    How poor search experiences negatively impact your business
ª    How to assess the quality of your search experience
ª    Why traditional search technologies alone can't fix the problem
ª    Why context and customer insights on usefulness are the missing pieces
ª    How companies employing UseRank quickly see dramatic improvements in search
