InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Sanbornville, N.H., has designed a portable cooking table which would facilitate meal preparation in remote areas for ATV and SUV owners. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The "Cooking Center for A.T.V." invention would include a fold-down table that would attach securely to the receiver hitch. The unit would come equipped with a utensil rack at the front. The device would enable outdoor enthusiasts to cook on a trail or at a campsite without the hassles of having to build a fire. Featuring a compact design for space-saving storage, the unit would be accessible at all times. According to the inventors, the durable construction could enable the table to support more than 220 pounds.
The Cooking Center for A.T.V. would consist of a wire screen top mounted to a frame made from steel box tubing. A pair of slide-in leaves would be included with the table. The unit would measure approximately four feet wide and three feet tall. The frame would consist of a diagonal, upright post which would attach to a horizontal post. The horizontal post would feature a pin-and-hole design for length adjustment. An open-receiver hitch would attach at the end of the horizontal post. A standard propane camping stove would attach to the top of the table via straps, including utensils. To install, a user would mount the framework into the existing receiver hitch. The user would fold down the tabletop for use. The unit can be producible in a variety of colors and sizes and may be designed for use with 1- or 2-inch diameter hitches. Standard camping stove is not included.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
