As part of the reform of the healthcare system which is conducted currently by the US government, Philippe Berna, Kayentis CEO, attended a roundtable discussion with Governor of Massachusetts, Deval Patrick. The aim of this meeting was to discuss how to promote a widespread HIT adoption. Philippe Berna took part to the discussion by reminding that to get quickly a high adoption rate, it is essential to promote very simple and intuitive devices to connect naturally and rapidly people (patients, doctors, family, social): Pen and paper, thanks to their simplicity and conviviality are today the best path to not exclude anybody and to provide a rapid growth in HIT implementation. Providing real-time access to very high quality patient data, their solutions promote epidemiological database, allowing an acceleration of research.

In terms of health and social follow-up of patients (home care and services management), Kayentis solutions provide advanced functionalities.
