Executive Conversation, the global leader in developing business and financial acumen sales skills, today announced that less than a year after launching Know it Now, the online learning framework has passed the 3,500 licensed user mark.

With the upcoming release of additional manager coaching kits and other planned extensions of the popular learning portal, even stronger growth is expected for 2010 and beyond.

"This milestone demonstrates the impact and effectiveness of Know it Now," stated Suzanne Sheppard, CEO of Executive Conversation. "Clearly, more and more organizations are recognizing their sales organizations must be able to financially justify investment in their solutions."

Who are these 3,500 users?
Five of the top 20 largest companies in the world (per the Fortune 500) use Know it Now. Alongside them, scores of smaller organizations and individuals are improving their sales performance with Know it Now. Users currently span across 41 countries and represent sellers from such diverse industries as human capital to financial services to technology.

“While 3,500 users is an important milestone, we’re even more pleased with how our broad user base shows Know it Now’s widespread relevance and applicability,” added Mike Rohan, President of Executive Conversation.

After completing his curriculum, one Xerox manager described his Know it Now learning experience as “The material was high quality and the activities challenging. I particularly valued learning how to prepare to engage executives and understand their priorities.”

Know Now consists of a collection of self-paced components including assessments, courseware, performance simulations and manager coaching kits. Since launching in early 2009, the company has continued to make incremental product releases that may be used standalone, or blended with executive-led engagements to further enrich skills development.
