Percussion Software – a leading provider of Web Content Management (WCM) systems with clients such as Hotwire.com, Virginia Tech University, and the Department of Health and Human Services, today announced the launch of a free, customer-focused webinar series aimed at sharing technical and marketing best practices through a two-way conversation with its customers.

The Percussion Customer Webinar Series includes both technical and marketing webinars. The technical webinars will be focused on how Percussion users can drive the best results with their investment in Percussion CM System and Solutions. The marketing webinars will cover techniques and trends across online marketing topics including search engine optimization (SEO), blogging, user-generated content, and web presence building.

“This is an important way to add more value to our customers’ investment in Percussion and proactively share expertise on how to use the capabilities offered by CM System to drive more business,” said Dana Miller, Customer Relationship Manager. “It will also help us establish better communications with our customers and foster a user community beyond our existing forums and user groups to enable them to discuss and collaborate on how they’re using CM System and our Solutions.”
