Voxeo Corporation, the leading provider of Unlocked Communications, today announced a partnership and reseller agreement with Remego, a leading Singapore-based provider of premier services of customized, high capacity Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telecommunication and call centre services. Under this agreement, the two companies will work together to bring Voxeo's leading open standards-based communications software to enterprise-class contact centers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Most contact centres were built using combinations of proprietary components that have capped the contact centres ability to easily expand and innovate. By leveraging Voxeo’s open technology platform in Interactive Voice Response (IVR), instant messaging (IM), SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML and mobile web to create and manage unified communications and unified self-service applications, Remego will be delivering solutions that are platform-independent and multi-channel. Contact centers that choose Remego and Voxeo will have lower implementation costs, lower ongoing operations and maintenance costs, better analytics to understand customer behavior and a rich set of interaction capabilities including the capability to have one application work across voice, SMS, IM and the mobile web.
