Bringing more than 15 years of experience to StrataScale, Mr. Geada will be responsible for setting and implementing the strategic global marketing direction for StrataScale's unique managed hosting service offerings. Mr. Geada formerly served as director of marketing and demand analytics at Rackspace Managed Hosting.

Mr. Geada comes to StrataScale after spending several years cultivating new marketing practices at Rackspace. He was initially hired as the enterprise marketing manager to assist Rackspace with defining its enterprise go-to-market strategy, helping to establish managed hosting as an industry recognized category. Mr.Geada then went on to institute a focus on market research and demand analytics that became central to the company's expansion.

Prior to joining Rackspace in 2005, Mr. Geada worked for VeriSign as the senior product marketing manager in charge of the global sale of domain names to consumer and small business markets on the VeriSign retail storefront. Mr. Geada also served as a business manager for Computer Associates, where he led a team recognized for tripling revenues of market-leading application development tools.

A native of New Jersey, Mr. Geada studied English Literature at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, NJ.
