The integration between the empowerMINT system will work seamlessly with New Media Gateway's CRM platform to automatically synchronize historical convention data with current leads for faster, more complete responses to RFPs. It also allows for future meeting information to be posted into the empowerMINT database, providing a cohesive, centralized location for all meeting intelligence.
This integration point is critical for New Media Gateway’s customers, as it provides intelligence to the sales teams, offsets operational inefficiency associated with manual data entry, allows for more accurate forecasting and gives meeting planners the fastest responses to bids from any CVB using New Media Gateway’s CRM platform.
