We saw the 2 for 2 program as an opportunity to bolster the value-added element even further during a month that traditionally offers great skiing conditions
Jackson, Wyo. (PRWEB) December 9, 2009
Located in the heart of the Rockies, Jackson Hole has long been legendary for its world-class skiing and snowboarding. Now the mountain resort town will have one more reason to be at the top of winter enthusiasts’ and travelers’ priority lists: the 2 for 2 Jackson Hole airfare deal, which offers two free plane tickets when customers purchase an additional two to Jackson Hole for travel during January. The 2 for 2 airfare special is the sister promotion to the 4th Flies Free program, which provides a fourth free plane ticket with the purchase of three more for travel throughout the winter months.
“Our 4th Flies Free program has been tremendously successful. We saw the 2 for 2 program as an opportunity to bolster the value-added element even further during a month that traditionally offers great skiing conditions,” stated Jackson Hole Central Reservations General Manager, Edye Smith. “We’ve adapted our business model over the past two years to better address the changing landscape of travel today and we feel the 2 for 2 effort does this in a very substantial way.”
In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Jackson Hole is located at the southern entrance of both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, offering visitors a truly unique winter vacation experience. Continued Smith, “The beauty of Jackson Hole is that it’s really unlike any other ski town in the U.S. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, visitors can enjoy a snowmobile tour to Old Faithful in Yellowstone or wildlife viewing in the national parks, dog sled tours, dinner sleigh rides and a multitude of other winter activities. Jackson Hole is known for incredible skiing, but it was a cowboy town long before and that authentic Western hospitality is still very much a part of the visitor experience.”
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is now open for the 2009/2010-winter season. This will be the second season for the new aerial tram, which can transport 100 passengers from the base to the top of the mountain in nine minutes. Although known for its advanced terrain, Jackson Hole has something for everyone, including 2,500 acres of in-bound terrain ranging from beginner to expert. Additionally, the town of Jackson and Teton Village provide a variety of lodging options, from moderate motels to luxury, full-service resorts.
The two free ticket airfare deal has a maximum travel credit of $500 each and must be booked in conjunction with a minimum five-night stay and lift tickets to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The promotion is valid for travel from January 3 – 31, 2010 and must be booked through Jackson Hole Central Reservations by January 1, 2010.
