Gatorade de Mexico is using Microstrategy as the corporate solution for BI and Datawarehouse, and QlikView was selected as a specialized analysis tool to meet specific needs of dynamic reports used by the Sales Planning Area. Working with GPStrategy, it took less than a week for Gatorade to develop its two initial sales applications, which analyze distributor performance and sales overhead.

Operational Efficiency — In order to effectively analyze the costs and efficiency of its 72-person sales team working throughout Mexico, Gatorade is using QlikView to track and identify savings opportunities for all overhead, both in relationship to sales for each account and each salesperson.
