Talyst is demonstrating its InSiteRx Remote Dispensing System this week in Las Vegas at the 44th Annual Midyear Clinical Meeting of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. The InSiteRx™ system provides pharmacist-approved medication dispensing on-location at long-term care facilities. The new technology helps long-term care facilities improve quality of care for their residents and create better work environments for their nursing staff.
InSiteRx is a freestanding secure dispensing unit housed on-location at long-term care facilities, eliminating surplus medications and reducing trips to care facilities by the pharmacy. The advanced technology is automated, accurate, and can quickly dispense pharmacist-approved medications at the facility before each medication pass, or on-demand to facilitate new residents, STAT orders, First Doses, and PRNs.
