The executive management team of RoseRyan has announced that the company has divided into two independent companies. In Southern California, the company will now be called Q5 and is led by Mike Rose, Mike Ford and Wade Lindenberger. Northern California will continue to operate under the name RoseRyan.
Q5 delivers a new class of business solutions to help businesses plan and execute intelligent growth that leverage the discipline and fiscal accountability of veteran finance professionals. Q5 solutions are designed to be ultra-efficient, grow with the client's business and eliminate waste everywhere possible.
Q5 solutions incorporate proprietary processes and methodologies designed to maximize precision and efficiency. The solutions fall into four categories: emerging businesses; governance, risk and compliance; technical accounting; and business systems and processes.
The firm also provides on-demand finance talent on a project, interim and permanent basis. Q5 has special expertise in helping biotechnical, medical device and technology companies, as well as government agencies.
"We are excited to be taking Q5 in a new direction that mirrors the needs of businesses today," states Rose, CEO of Q5. "Our solutions are meticulously right-sized for each client's particular circumstances, allowing them to invest in only what they need."
Based in San Diego, Q5 will service Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Imperial and San Diego Counties. The company plans to expand its Orange County operations and open a Los Angeles office in 2010.
"Southern California shouldn't think of us as a new company," states Rose. "We're the same established group of professionals with the same strengths."
For over 25 years, Mike Rose has worked in virtually every aspect of finance. Since 1996, his focus has been in consulting with emerging growth companies and leading RoseRyan.
Mike Ford, vice president, is an innovator in the field of management consulting and outsourcing, with more than 26 years of experience. He established and grew RoseRyan in Southern California.
Wade Lindenberger, director, has an extensive background in risk, governance and compliance issues and has worked in-house at several major southern California organizations.
