In January, The ONE Group’s STK restaurant – a steakhouse reinvented exclusively for Miami’s young, sexy crowd – will debut at the Gansevoort South Beach hotel. Envisioned by award-winning design firm, ICRAVE, STK will include a bi-level mirrored space with curved leather banquettes and dramatic catwalks. Coco De Ville, its celebrity studded sister lounge, will open as a private adjacent enclave.

For the first time, the 2010 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl will both be held at Miami’s Dolphin Stadium, just a week apart. Gansevoort South is offering a ten-day Super Bowl / Pro Bowl package for diehard fans to enjoy blitzes and beach-side lounging. For the 2010 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Gansevoort South will play host to several highly anticipated events, including chef and TV personality Guy Fieri’s “Margarita Madness” and additional food and wine seminars. One of the festival’s Gold Sponsors, the resort is offering a three-night ticketed South Beach Miami hotel package, giving guests central access to the weekend’s festivities and admission to a full itinerary of events.
