Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) December 30, 2009
Trinity Lifestyles Management announces the acquisition of three Atlanta-area assisted living and memory care communities from McLean, Virginia-based Sunrise Senior Living. These communities will now operate under Trinity’s expert guidance and expand the company’s family of five existing Dogwood Forest senior care locations to eight. Joining Trinity are EdenBrook of Alpharetta on North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, EdenBrook of Buckhead on Roswell Road in Atlanta, and EdenGardens of Marietta on LeCroy Drive near the Marietta 120 Loop. In the same order, the communities will now be called Dogwood Forest of North Point, Dogwood Forest of Buckhead, and Dogwood Forest of Marietta.
The acquisition nearly doubles Dogwood Forest’s full time occupancy to approximately 480 residents, positioning the company as one of the major providers of assisted living for senior adults in the greater Atlanta area. Mr. Al Holbrook, Chairman and Founder of Trinity Lifestyles Management, said he “feels privileged and honored to welcome the three former EdenCare communities to Dogwood Forest” and cited the acquisition foremost as a strategic opportunity to further Trinity’s “mission to honor customers through excellent service and care that emphasizes hospitality as its best.” He further explained that the expansion to eight Dogwood Forest communities would allow the company to “fulfill our goal of developing additional career paths for our associates and economies of scale to balance health care related inflationary costs.”
Mr. Holbrook believes that the public will benefit from Trinity’s recent additions as the senior population continues to grow and seniors live longer. The company is positioning itself to offer reassurances that only come with local roots, experienced directors and the strengths that multiple locations provide. However, it is not the company’s intention to increase in size to the extent where the number of locations would compromise the focus on individual care and micromanage programs, policies, and procedures. Mr. Holbrook mentioned that capital improvements are already planned for the new communities in the near future and that their staffs would be starting the additional layers of training that all Dogwood Forest associates are required to complete.
Located in Alpharetta, Georgia, Trinity Lifestyles Management is a family owned business founded on the principles of providing Georgia's senior community with lifestyle alternatives focused on wellness and the celebration of individual expression.
