Stacey T. Grimsley has joined the company as Vice President, Consumer Sales. In this role, Ms. Grimsley will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and ongoing monitoring of Affinity4's call center operations and staff. She will focus on maintaining optimum productivity, efficiency and high quality customer service, as well as increasing product sales and consumer awareness of Affinity4's GiveBack Program. She brings to the position a strong background in call center operations and supervision.
Directly prior to joining Affinity4, Ms. Grimsley served as Director of Member Services for the United Services Automobile Association (USAA, San Antonio, TX). Ms. Grimsley started with USAA as a Manager of Member Services, serving from the association's Norfolk, Virginia office and subsequently was promoted to Director of Member Services, serving from its Phoenix, Arizona. While at USAA, she was responsible for overseeing the association's call center customer service and sales operations. Her strong performance and leadership skills earned her USAA's Phoenix Leadership Award in 2007.
In addition to her role at USAA, Ms. Grimsley held various call center positions with GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD). At GEICO, working from the insurance company's Virginia Beach, Virginia office, she steadily rose through the ranks from Call Center Representative and Trainer to Call Center Supervisor.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Grimsley has been an active supporter of the United Way. In 2000, she served as Co-Chair of the United Way Annual Pledge Campaign for GEICO; a role she repeated in 2007 and 2008 while employed at USAA.
Ms. Grimsley resides with her husband and daughter in Norfolk, Virginia.
