Conformity Names Greg Chabrier as Vice President of Sales

Conformity Inc., provider of the first enterprise-class management and governance solution for SaaS and cloud applications, today announced that Greg Chabrier has been named Vice President of Sales. Greg brings over 25 years of high technology sales executive experience, including leadership roles at several highly successful start-up and pre-IPO companies, and will be responsible for driving Conformity’s sales efforts.

Most recently, Greg has served as consultant, advisor and investor for multiple successful venture-backed start-ups, with a focus in the enterprise software and network and system security spaces. Prior, Greg was vice president of Sales at VA Linux, where he led the development and execution of the revenue generation strategy in advance of the company’s highly successful IPO. Additional executive sales positions include vice president of Sales at Selectica where he led the development and execution of the company’s initial market penetration and revenue generation strategy, and vice president of sales at Calico Technology, where he grew revenue by over 350% year over year.

Prior, Greg held several sales and sales management positions at Sun Microsystems, where he was the first sales representative ever hired by the company and responsible for initial market penetration. Greg also held sales roles at Texas Instruments, Data General, ComputerVision and HAL Computer Systems.
