Millbrook’s Executive Customer Council Identifies Business Intelligence Strategy to Drive Profitability for Property & Casualty Insurance Carriers

Millbrook, the leading business intelligence software provider for property and casualty carriers announced today that following the successful conclusion of the second Millbrook Executive Customer Council Meeting, held in Philadelphia on September 23rd 2009, the members of the Council have created a success roadmap for insurance carriers that are looking to identify key insurance profitability drivers such as competitive pressures and service of claims, and at the same time would like to drive profitable new business growth using parameters such as commissions, pricing and more effective agency planning.

The Executive Customer Council was formed in 2008 as a dedicated forum for insurance executives to discuss opportunities and challenges in the property and casualty insurance industry, against the backdrop of powerful business intelligence solutions that drive business performance and create competitive advantages.

Commenting on the insights generated by his peers during the meeting, John Natale, Vice President of Marketing from Concord Group Insurance Companies said: “Driving profitability is the holy grail in our industry.
