Raid Recovery can recover all types of hardware, software, and native (motherboard-controlled) RAID arrays, including RAID 0, 1, 5, 0 1, and JBOD (span). Native RAID support includes controllers built into motherboards manufactured with Intel, NVIDIA, and VIA chip sets. Software RAID and Microsoft Dynamic Disks are also supported.

Raid Recovery can recover RAID arrays even without the original RAID controller present, making it possible to repaired failed RAID arrays created on a specific chip set or with a specific hardware controller even if the motherboard or controller are broken or unavailable.
