Mike Walsh, president of Eagan-based DeCare Dental, has been selected to lead WellPoint's dental business. Purchased by WellPoint, Inc. in April 2009, DeCare Dental operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WellPoint, which is the nation's largest health benefits company by membership.
