Andicom International Telecommunications Congress is the main international academic and business meeting located in the Caribbean, for all sector representatives, set up to provide participants with the most complete update on major telecommunications technology, market, regulatory and business matters in a single venue.

XA Worldwide, Inc. offers Self-Service Bill Pay Kiosks, mobile applications and Web destinations for services such as municipal payments, flight booking, and concert ticketing among others.

XA Worldwide showcased, right next to Cintel and Cisco, their new technologies to an engaged crowd at the Andicom 2009. Using a proprietary blackberry POS scanner and other forms of technologies, XA Worldwide introduced a unique kiosk that is positioned to revolutionize payment processing platforms, and their newest form of dispatch technology, TransGuardia.

TransGuardia utilizes a combination of SMS, GIS, GPS, and mobile payment processing technologies to provide important information to passengers and drivers respectively. PaGo is a self-service kiosk that provides crucial services for the banked and unbanked population. Such services include payment of municipal services, traffic citations, travel and concert tickets.

"The PaGo kiosk enables 86% of the Colombian population without bank accounts to have access to services that until now weren't available to them. Now, by using the PaGo Pass, people can just go to the bank, put their money on the card and instantly pay for services," says XA Worldwide CEO Jason Donald.

Partnered with Infinate Peripherals, XA Worldwide has installed credit card scanners into all of thier payment processing solutions on their mobile technology and applications. Infinate Peripherals is most recently known for installing 3000 credit card chargers into the Apply I-Store mobile application.
