The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce saluted excellence in customer service at the 2009 Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Luncheon October 23 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, this annual celebration recognized top performers in every industry. One individual that was recognized was Kevin De Vincenzi, President and CEO of Rapid Response Marketing the parent company of XY7.com and XY7 Elite.
