LEVEL Spreads Holiday Cheer and Supports VH1 Save The Music

LEVEL Studios, an independent digital agency, launched “Music Inspires Innovation”, this year’s holiday campaign that strengthens client relationships and simultaneously creates positive social change. Supporting the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, LEVEL made a donation in the name of each client sponsor that will help to sustain children’s music education programs in order to nurture future innovation.

Supporting the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, LEVEL made a donation in the name of each client sponsor that will help to sustain children’s music education programs in order to nurture future innovation.

Public schools have routinely been forced to cut budgets needed to maintain music programs. However, research indicates that children who study music develop their critical thinking skills as well as their creativity. Learning about music results in a child’s higher likelihood of working well in groups, graduating from high school and pursuing higher education. Music education programs have the potential to positively impact a child’s academic, athletic, social and future career performance.

Because LEVEL believes that music has the ability to animate young minds, the agency decided to support the VH1 Save The Music Foundation as part of the company’s holiday outreach. VH1 Save The Music directly supports music education programs by providing schools with musical instruments - not making monetary donations – to ensure that the contribution will be used for the intended purpose. LEVEL accompanied the donation by also sending out 300 “Band-in-a-Box” toys (http://www.melissaanddoug.com) so recipients could give the gift of music to a young person and inspire innovation in the process.
