Combining "innovation" and "hostel", Innostel is a mid-to low-priced accommodation that emphasizes Seoul's resolve to customize the comfort of its visitors. The hotel has made efforts to improve their services by revamping their website, launching an exclusive call center, and providing free airport limousine service.
In addition, the first 3,000 guests who stay at Innostel at least two nights will be given a City Pass Plus card, (worth about 7,000 won) which can be used for public transportation in Seoul. This exclusive offer will be available until the end of December and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Currently, the free airport limousine service has temporarily been suspended, but it will be available again starting from March 2010. The limousine service not only provides door-to-door service from the airport to Innostel, but it also includes other services such as airport welcome and farewell, money exchange support, mobile roaming support, and more.
Innostel's multi-language call center (82-2-1588-8881) is prepared to respond to any telephone inquiries. The service is available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. The operation hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. The call center will assist callers with reservation inquiries, payment support systems, and other questions pertaining to Innostel. They will also provide tailored recommendations for your trip.
The new and improved website will provide scores based on each category: city accessibility, service, facilities, price, customer satisfaction and other important factors. These standards will further help to improve Innostel's website and other services.
