Kettlebell training has proven to be the most effective training method in existence for developing every attribute of the physical/athletic continuum - strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Advanced Training Concepts’ new studio is devoted to Kettlebell training and is eager to announce two new programs to the studio for 2010. Cyrus Peterson, IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher, KBC Kettlebell Instructor, and NFPT Master Trainer, will instruct the HotBody BootKamp, a semi-private fitness program that targets weight loss, health and fitness for women. Peterson will also implement the 21 Day Jump Start Detox for new and current members. Both programs incorporate all aspects of health and fitness providing exercise programs, meal planning, and supplementation. New members and interested parties are encouraged to attend a January 9, 2010 Open House to explore the many options and fitness programs offered by Advanced Training Concepts.

Advanced Training Concepts (ATC) opened the doors of its exceedingly innovative Kettlebell Training Studio in October of 2009. Currently hosting the KettleHell BootKamp (KHBK), a high intensity semi-private training program using Kettlebells, Calisthenics, and other modalities, ATC plans to include the HotBody BootKamp (HBBK) to the studio’s schedule. The HotBody BootKamp program will incorporate nutrition, exercise, online training, and one-on-one support to encourage wellness and health within the female community of Charlotte. HotBody BootKamp semi-private classes will be held throughout the week using fundamental Kettlebell movements, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body-weight strength and conditioning exercise to reduce body fat, build lean strong muscle, increase flexibility, joint mobility, correct strength imbalances, and improve the general quality of life of HotBody BootKamp Members.

HotBody BootKamp members will experience a 6 to 12 month course that will be conducted by Cyrus Peterson, IKFF and KBC certified Kettlebell Instructor and Master Trainer (NFPT). Members will receive personalized meal planning, online training, monthly newsletter, bi-weekly progress reports, a supply of Thermo X healthy fat burning supplement, and a lifetime guarantee that if the HBBK graduate ever gets out of shape Peterson will train them back to their graduation weight. The program initiates with a 10 day trial offer of $49.00 to test-drive HBBK. HBBK members will face challenges, conquer fears, and see results as they progress through a structured fitness program and embrace a healthy lifestyle.

“HotBody BootKamp begins where other group fitness programs end. Nowhere else will you find structured varied workouts, dietitian designed meal planning, and at home exercise programming all in one place. All the bases are covered in the HotBody BootKamp!” stated Cyrus Peterson, owner and operator of Advanced Training Concepts. Advanced Training Concepts continues to present exclusive Kettlebell courses for all levels of fitness providing a unique and effective workout agenda that integrates cardio and total body strength training that burns fat and builds lean muscle.

In addition to the new training camp, Advanced Training Concepts will be offering a 21 Day Jump Start Detox Program. The 21 Day programs incorporate strict meal plans and exercise regimens that focus on ridding your body of built-up toxins that accumulate after months, even years, of malnutrition and exposure to free radicals. There are three different meal plans that allow participants to build a plan that fits each individual lifestyle, 9 personal training session that integrate Kettlebell training, calisthenics, and traditional weight training, as well as supplementation that targets digestive health. The programs, categorized as Veggie Detox, Fruit Detox, and Meat Detox, all have a low glycemic index and begin with a 14 day cleanse phase. The final 7 days of the 21 day plan moves away from the detox phase and follows a strict low glycemic plan where the glycemic index rating of all carbohydrates is rated no higher than 55. This means higher sustained energy levels and better metabolic management for weight control.

Both programs will begin in January 2010. New members, who register prior to January 4, 2010 at http://www.advancedtrainingconcepts.com, can attend the 6 pm Preparation class that introduces participants to the fundamentals of Kettlebell training. All other interested parties may attend the open house held on January 9, 2010 from 12 pm – 2 pm to tour the studio and discuss health and fitness options that will offer benefits for each individual lifestyle and level of commitment.
