My World In Pictures advertising directory for companies worldwide

My World In Pictures offers businesses of all sizes the opportunity to collaborate as a global community with its new picture link business advertising directory. Businesses can now reach consumers worldwide using images in place of words, bypassing the issue of languages and borders.

Thanks to its international scope, users will be able to find global businesses and become new customers in both B2B and B2C markets. Advertisers will be able to satisfy both personal and business interests of the international community.

The home page has a display of world flags and a picture gallery wherein users can share photos and images of their respective countries.

There are three advertising sections accessed via the main menu: http://www.myworldinpictures.co.uk [Business Directory (500 GBP), Classifieds (250 GBP ) and Friends (125 GBP – free during the introductory promotion). The fee ( + VAT where applicable) is good for a one-year subscription.

The advertising sections are split into alphabetical and numerical pages with 154 spaces. These have a thumbnail image (64 x 64 pixels) surrounded by a border denoting the national flag. When hovering over either the border (an e-postcard gives users a better understanding of the company and/or its community) or the ad with the mouse, a larger version of the image appears. Clicking on the main picture takes users to a page with full details of the business, including additional websites, video and/or audio links. The image size for both is w 982 x h 602 pixels.

Fifty large advertisement spaces are also available on the right side of every page at a higher cost (1000 GBP + VAT where applicable). Again these will display the image (w 982 x h 602 pixels) and will take the user directly to the advertiser’s website when clicked.

My World In Pictures is looking to partner with other businesses, white label and network marketing opportunities to be placed across the website and Shop section.

The site is still in development and is looking to add new useful sections in the near future.
