The six new offerings in the Super Max ® line come in a variety of configurations and can clean with steam, hot or cold water.

The new 15000s offer tri-mode features and are designed for demanding industrial customers.

Daimer Industries, a major supplier and worldwide exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced a new line of Super Max™ industrial pressure washers. The Super Max™ 15000 line consists of six stationary pressure washers that accept a variety of heating fuels, provide multiple cleaning options and generate pressure levels of up to 3000 psi and flow rates of up to 5 GPM.

"The new 15000s offer tri-mode features and are designed for demanding industrial customers," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. "These machines are ideal for continuous cleaning in commercial environments with lots of grease, oil, and other hard-to-remove substances. The 15000 series electric pressure washers are a great addition to our existing 12000 series."

For Commercial Applications

The new machines include tri-mode technology, which allows the equipment to clean with cold water, hot water temperatures of 180º F to 210º F, or steam temperatures as high as 330º F. As a result, the machines can operate as steam pressure washers, capable of dissolving residues while cleaning. The units can convert cold water to hot water or steam in about 30 seconds.

The six new commercial pressure washers can accept a variety of heating fuels, including: no.1 or no. 2 heating oil, diesel, kerosene, natural gas, or propane. For heating oil, kerosene, or diesel, the machines have a fuel capacity of nine gallons. Each pressure washer sports a heavy-duty schedule 80 heating coil.

The 15000 line is available in 50 or 60 Hz, as wells as a variety of voltages for customers worldwide. The electric engines range in power from 1.5 HP to 10 HP. The water pressure washers include electronic direct spark ignition systems and a single power cord.

The 15000 models are stationary and include: a 50-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a durable three-foot trigger wand with quick disconnect; four assorted nozzles; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant housing. Additional customizable pressure hose lengths are available.

The machines come with high pressure chemical infusion. Options include multi-gun operation and a wet sandblasting system.

The 15000 Line

The Super Max™ 15200 offers pressure levels of up to 1000 psi, flow rates of up to 2 GPM, and a 1.5 HP motor. The Super Max™ 15400 offers slightly lower pressure levels of up to 700 psi, but a higher flow rate of up to 3 GPM, and a 1.5 HP motor. The Super Max™ 15500 offers pressure levels of up to 1000 psi, flow rates of up to 4 GPM, and 3 HP motor.

At the high end, the new line of machines includes the Super Max™ 15700, which offers pressure levels of up to 1500 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM, and a 5.0 HP motor. The Super Max™ 15800 offers pressure levels of up to 20000 psi, a slightly lower flow rate of up to 4 GPM, and a 5.0 HP motor.

The most powerful machine, the Super Max™ 15900, boasts pressure levels of up to 3000 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM, a 10 HP motor and a dual or multi-pressure selection option at additional cost.

All units offer an electronic direct spark ignition system and use a direct drive pump.

Other Power Washers, Other Customers

Daimer offers more than 400 different models for customers in industries such as: car detailing, food manufacturing, food service, automotive, hospitality, industrial manufacturing, metal fabrication, machine shops, and more.

The machines come in a variety of configurations. For customers seeking tri-mode cleaning power plus mobility, Daimer recently introduced the Super Max™ 12000 line, which offers three fuel powered power washers. Like the 15000 line, the 12000 line of commercial machines targets the toughest applications.

The Super Max™ 12500 GE and 12880 are both powered by gas engines, while the 12500 PE is powered by propane and can be run indoors for some applications. (The 12500 GE and 12880 can be run outdoors and connected to a long hose that reaches indoors.) For heating, both 12500 machines are heated with propane. The 12880 can be heated with no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; or kerosene.

For customers seeking low-flow equipment for delicate applications like car wash and car detailing, Daimer offers the .5 GPM Super Max™ 6230SCW and 6120SCW machines. The dedicated steam machines are heated with propane and powered by electricity.

Daimer also offers a line of wet sandblaster pressure washers.
