These new mobile power washers are designed for customers who want only wet-steam and have 120 volt, 60 Hz power requirements.

Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a major supplier and worldwide exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced its lowest priced Super Max™ dedicated steam pressure washers. The electric-powered Super Max™ 6000SP and 7000SP have low electricity requirements, super compact size, and include Super High-Temperature Optimized Technology™ (Super-HOT™) for wet steam.
"These new mobile power washers are designed for customers who want only wet-steam and have 120 volt, 60 Hz power requirements," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesperson. "The compact machines are heated with propane, have a foot-print of about two feet by two feet, and offer maximum maneuverability for tough applications."
Hot Pressure Washer Technology
The new electric pressure washers include Super-HOT™ technology, which allows the machines to generate temperatures of up to 330ºF and to clean with wet steam. The units offer siphon-type chemical infusion. Both machines are electrically powered and heated with propane, which allows them to be used for many indoor applications.
The pressure washers are mounted on wheels for maximum mobility and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a durable three-foot trigger wand; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant housing.
The new water pressure washers expand Daimer®'s existing wet steam product line. Super Max™ 6000SP power washers offer pressure levels of up to 750 psi and flow rates of up to 1.4 GPM. The more powerful 7000SP machines provide pressure levels of up to 1000 psi and flow rates of up to 2.5 GPM. These power washers also include larger propane tanks and more powerful electric motors.
The Super-HOT™ line includes 15 other industrial pressure washers in an assortment of configurations. These machines offer a number of options, such as multi-gun operation at extra cost.
The 12000SP series is composed of 9 mobile machines, most of which offer higher pressure levels and water flow rates than the 6000SP and 7000SP. Most can be heated by no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; or kerosene. For example, the 12200SP machine is an electric-powered machine generating pressure levels of up to 2000 psi and flow rates of up to 4 GPM. The 12500 GE SP 12880SP models are gas pressure washers that offer pressure levels of up to 3000 psi and flow rates of up to 5 GPM. The 12500 PE SP is a unique machine that is both powered and heated by propane. This machine generates pressure levels of up to 3000 psi and water flow rates of up to 5 GPM.
The Super-HOT™ 15000 series comprises 6 commercial pressure washers that are all stationary, powered by electric motors and can be heated with no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; kerosene; natural gas; or propane. The entry-level 15200SP produces pressure levels of up to 1000 psi and water flow rates of up to 2 GPM. The top-of-the line 15900SP offers pressure levels of up to 3000 psi and flow rates of up 5 GPM.
Daimer® offers two brands of pressure washing machines, Super Max™ and Vapor-Flo®. These two brands include more than 400 models of commercial and industrial machines offering cold water, hot water, dedicated steam and a multi-mode option that offer all three temperatures. The power washers include units with pressure levels up to 7000 psi.
Among its other specialty machines, Daimer® offers about 30 different wet sandblasting pressure washers. This equipment is available in configurations featuring pressure levels ranging from 1000 psi to 6500 psi and water flow rates from 2 GPM to 8 GPM. Several of these machines are heated. For power options, some models run on electricity, others run on gas and one runs on propane. Some of Daimer's wet sandblasting machines also offer dual or multi-pressure selection as an option.
The company also offers pressure washing machines with phosphatizing systems, which can be used to pretreat metal surfaces prior to painting or coating. Daimer®'s Super Max™ AF machines use a special injection system that applies cleaning chemicals at low pressure and then rinses with water at a higher pressure. With this injection system the chemicals contact only the injector, high-pressure hose, trigger gun, wand and nozzle -- all components that are easy to protect against corrosion.
The Vapor-Flo® 8800 is heated and powered by electricity and provides cold- and hot-water cleaning. The power washer offers pressure levels of up to 1800 psi and a low flow rate of about 1/2 GPM at temperatures up to 190°F. This low flow rate is ideal for those applications where drainage and water consumption are concerns. The all-electric configuration is ideal for applications, such as food and health care, where having a fuel-powered or heated machine is not an option.
