Chicago-based healthcare communications agency Goble & Associates, Inc. (G&A) recently announced Bob DeBartolo joined the company as Senior Director, Integrated Strategy. Bob brings more than 25 years of healthcare marketing, brand strategy, and integrated communication experience to G&A and the clients they serve.

In this new role, Bob will provide overall strategic direction and leadership for client brands. He will be responsible for integrating the traditional side of strategic plans with the digital aspects. Bob will ensure our clients' message-driven communications are being delivered via the right medium, including those built for two-way communication vehicles such as Twitter.

Prior to joining the G&A team, Bob was Vice President, Client Engagements, for the Cadient Group, a healthcare-focused digital agency. With Cadient, he was responsible for business development, new growth initiatives, and healthcare strategic marketing and communications direction.

After spending the first 10 years of his career with Allergan, Inc., Bob was Executive Vice President of Omnicom Group’s CorbettAccel Healthcare Group (CAHG). His tenure with CAHG ran from 1993-2008, where he ultimately led the client service and business development functions of Corbett Worldwide Healthcare Communications. At CAHG, he drove key growth initiatives including global strategy and implementation, affiliate company integration, and the development of the CAHG strategic ad college program. In his final role at CAHG, Bob completed a year-long assignment with Omnicom to offer the application of best digital marketing practices to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Bob is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
