The revamped site will feature the same great fitness and health content as before with a fresh new look and easy-to-navigate layout.

The new site makes browsing through past and current content easier than ever. A new navigation bar allows readers to have the topics that matter most at their fingertips. Those interested in healthy eating can check out the new Nosh menu, while those shopping for new workout videos can visit DVD Reviews. Workout playlists, album reviews, celebrity Q&As, and equipment and apparel reviews are also at hand.

For the first time, the site gives the inside scoop on the Fit Bottomed Girls themselves. Shop page directs readers to FBG gear and the FBG's favorite fitness products. A new advertising section also allows easy access to sponsorship opportunities and details on the other services the Fit Bottomed Girls offer, such as writing services.

The site features a daily lead story at the top of the page, followed by the latest fitness-related news, blurbs to the most recent fitness and nutrition posts, and the posts the FBGs personally love and recommend. In conjunction with the redesign, the site is also slightly modifying its posting schedule, with one longer, more in-depth post in the morning and a new FitBit most afternoons.

In addition to the new navigation, links to the Fit Bottomed Girls' Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and PeerTrainer pages are available, as well as links to most popular posts and reader polls.
