"We make our money on optional services such as Subchapter S elections, providing operating agreements, and preparing corporate minutes & bylaws, most of which are priced about 95% lower than what typical lawyers charge."

"But," he added, "there is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything from us."

Brodsky explained the process as follows: Customers log on to the website, choose their desired state and entity, choose any optional services, and make payment by credit card, all within about five minutes. Incaroo handles the rest.
