Sanibel, FL (PRWEB) January 1, 2010
The new Sanibel office for Royal Shell Property Management (http://www.RoyalShell.com) is located at 2340 Periwinkle Way, at the rear of the Village Shops. There will be a Ribbon Cutting on January 13, 2010.
Lucinda Shaffer, CAM, CFPM, will manage the office in her role as Director of Property Management. She will be assisted by Kate Wyatt, CAM. Both will report to Royal Shell's CEO, Randy Bacik.
Royal Shell’s Property Management division manages condominium associations, homeowner associations, and provides property watch services for individuals who only occupy their homes or condos for a portion of the year, but do not have them in a rental pool when they are not in residence.
Ms. Shaffer has more than 10 years of Condo Association Management experience, including country club and resort communities. She is a Certified Florida Professional Manager and a member of COMA and CASI. Ms. Wyatt is a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management, a member of COMA and a licensed Condo Association Manager.
With more than 15 years of experience in managing vacation rental properties, and the largest inventory of rental properties on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Royal Shell has the management resources to handle any problem or, preferably, to prevent problems.
Reflecting on the growth and synergy of the Royal Shell businesses, which now also include real estate sales through Royal Shell Preferred Properties, (http://www.RoyalShellSales.com) Bacik stated, “Almost everyday we discover another way that our experience in one area helps us serve customers and clients in another area. Our clients regularly compliment us for our service. In fact, residents have voted our vacation rental division ‘Best on the Islands’ for six years in a row. We’re excited that our Property Management division will continue to follow suit in its new location.”
