IntelliSoft Group’s IntelliCred Phoenix system can now import directly from the UPD database, allowing those who work in medical staff services to automatically gather and input provider data. The IntelliCred Phoenix system will now automate the lengthy manual process of data entry creating significant time savings and efficiencies.

Medical credentialing is the process of an objective evaluation of a physician’s current licensure, training, experience, competence, and qualifications to provide services and perform specific procedures. A strict criterion for credentialing is required by all healthcare systems’ accreditation bodies, such as the Joint Commission, URAC and NCQA.
