Alliance Offers One-Stop Recruitment, Tracking, and Compliance Solution

MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services, a division of MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE:MMS), and myStaffingPro, a leader in applicant tracking software, have entered into an alliance to create an integrated applicant tracking and compliance solution. The alliance provides customers with a one-stop solution for their recruitment, tracking, and compliance needs. Customers using myStaffingPro applicant tracking system will benefit from the functionality available in MAXIUMS's Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) screening services, and MAXOutreach™ system.

myStaffingPro customers will gain new WOTC-screening capabilities, which will help ensure they fully capture eligible tax credits based on their current hiring practices. The WOTC credit is a federal tax incentive for companies to hire individuals from target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. Currently, millions of dollars in WOTC incentives go uncollected each year, even though employers are hiring from targeted groups designated by the program.
