Watertown, Massachusetts personal trainer, Danielle Bultron, is proud to announce the launch of her new website, http://www.daniellesdailyfitness.com. Helping others feel better about their bodies is her passion because she believes her own experience with food addiction, dieting and exercise has made her an exceptionally inspirational trainer.

“I went on my first diet when I was fourteen years old,” says Danielle Bultron. “At my worst, I ballooned to 260 pounds. Then, in 2003, I successfully completed a twelve-week weight-loss transformation and I've been in the business of helping others ever since. It's in my heart and what I love to do daily.”

In the early part of her professional training career, Danielle worked in major health clubs. She found they charged exorbitant prices for private training, which the average person could never afford. So she decided to make training more accessible to the average person and opened up her own studio. She now offers small group personal training at very affordable prices.

Each group consists of no more than six clients max. Danielle’s workouts are designed to stimulate as many muscles as possible by using a circuit based system. In the course of each workout, she challenges clients with numerous strength exercises, combined with short bursts of cardiovascular activities to enhance their overall caloric expenditure.

Packages start at five sessions, training once a week for one hour, for those for those who need a kick-start or refresher, and go up to a 24-session package, training two-to-four times a week for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks. Private training groups can be arranged for up to six family members, friends or co-workers. And wedding bootcamps are also offered. One-on-one training sessions are also available for those who don’t feel comfortable working in a group. But Danielle says she has designed her studio with privacy in mind; working out there is as comfortable as working out at home.
