The Hyatt Morristown hotel today announces the completion of its much anticipated $7 million guestroom renovation. Located in the city's urban center, the hotel now offers 256 newly renovated Morristown NJ accommodations, including suites on all 13 floors of the hotel.
The Morristown hotel guestrooms are designed with an eye towards modern luxury, as seen in nearby New York City. Adding to the already distinguished ambiance of the hotel, the renovation includes all architectural finishes and fixtures, as well as custom furniture items, including seating, window treatments, lighting, artwork, floor finishes, bedding and accessories. The new color scheme is a layering of earth tones, accented with deep chocolate and leaf green. Guest bathrooms have been upgraded into a new contemporary scheme with plank-like tile flooring, a wood vanity with stone top, generous lighting and updated fixtures.
The new Morristown NJ accommodations also include a built-in wall-to-wall desk along the window wall, with enclosed guest storage area. The Hyatt Grand Bed™ features a sleek, understated top-of-bed design with striped throw pillows and all-cotton fiber bed scarf. The focal point of the room is a walnut TV wall panel incorporating a new flat screen TV and cantilevered set of drawers. A lounge chair with ottoman is custom-sized to compliment the room's loft scheme.
