Former Arizona Regulator Joins Trinity Consultants

Trinity Consultants announces Kathlene (Kate) Graf has joined the firm as a Managing Consultant.

Trinity Consultants, an environmental consulting firm with offices nationwide and in China, announces that Kathlene (Kate) Graf has joined the firm as a Managing Consultant. Ms. Graf is a chemical engineer with more than 15 years of experience including several years as the Permitting Division Manager at the Maricopa County (AZ) Air Quality Department (MCAQD). She has also worked in the cement and mineral processing industry and in consulting. Ms. Graf will be based in Trinity’s Somerset, New Jersey office, where she will manage staff and projects related to federal and state air quality regulations and permitting requirements, compliance management, and enforcement issues affecting industrial companies.

Ms. Graf’s background, which includes operations/process experience in the cement and mineral processing industry, enables her to quickly understand a client’s operation and potential emission issues. In addition, her regulatory background allows her to effectively and expeditiously resolve regulatory concerns. Ms. Graf graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. She is a frequent author and speaker on air quality regulatory issues and an active member of the Air & Waste Management Association and the Society of Women Environmental Professionals.
