A string or new account wins for MRM Worldwide in the second half of 2009 prompts the promotion to a global role.

Michael's boundless energy and optimism are contagious, and luckily for us, he's been able to further inject our network with a can-do attitude during an especially challenging economic climate last year.

Michael L. Miller has been promoted to EVP, Chief Growth Officer of MRM Worldwide, effective immediately.

The move comes after a string of new business wins throughout the MRM network during his tenure, including The Home Depot; Century 21; Diageo (Crown Royal, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Bulleit, Smirnoff, and Zacapa); iShares; Airplane Owners and Pilots Association; World Vision Canada; and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma.

The agency has also expanded its relationships with Unilever, GM, General Mills, Intel, Applebee's, and Verizon.

Miller joined MRM Worldwide in January 2008 as EVP, Director of Business Development for MRM North America, and immediately began recalibrating the global network's new business infrastructure and go-to-market strategy. He also implemented the agency's rebranding, and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, drove key strategic initiatives.

His most recent success came in December when MRM Worldwide's New York office won digital and CRM duties on The Home Depot account after a review that began in August.

In his new role, Miller continues to report to MRM Worldwide CEO Reuben Hendell, who said: "Michael's boundless energy and optimism are contagious, and luckily for us, he's been able to further inject our network with a can-do attitude during an especially challenging economic climate last year."

Miller joined MRM Worldwide from G2, a division of Grey Global Group, and he has more than a dozen years of experience in integrated marketing communications and business development. As Director of Business Development, he successfully positioned G2 to win assignments from Cache, Corcoran, Crown Imports, Dubai Properties, Lennar Home Builders, Pernod Ricard, Pizza Hut International, Tishman Speyer, and Wyndham Worldwide.

His other experience includes executive positions at companies such as, Starpoint Solutions, a technology- consulting and communications firm, and
Grey Worldwide, where he managed holistic marketing programs for Procter & Gamble, Hasbro, Centrum Herbals, Mars, and Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.

"It's been a real thrill for me to be part of MRM Worldwide's evolution in the past two years," said Miller. "During that time, our people, our product and our methodologies have come together in a way that surpassed all expectations, and that's evident in our track record. I look forward to continuing the successful partnership with my MRM colleagues around the world to take us even further in 2010."

MRM Worldwide is part of McCann Worldgroup, owned by the Interpublic Group of Cos.
