Brennan, has been honored by being selected as a "Southern California Super Lawyer" for 2010. This is the fifth straight year Mr. Brennan has been honored by being named a "Southern California Super Lawyer".

Brennan and his firm had an excellent year in the courtroom in 2009, repeating a string of large verdicts and settlements on behalf of consumers for "lemon law" and car dealer fraud violations, wrongful credit reporting abuses, wrongful debt collection practices and serious personal injury cases. In addition, Mr. Brennan had appellate victories as a "friend of the court" before the Ninth Circuit in Gorman v. Wolpoff, a seminal case which upholds the viability of California's credit reporting consumer protection laws, and in his own case, Fisher v. Wells Fargo, where the California Fourth District Court of Appeal upheld one of the state's largest-ever verdicts against Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for violation of consumer credit reporting laws.
