DfE Criteria for Fragrances seminar topic for Thursday, May 20, 2010

IntertechPira is pleased to announce the Sustainable Fragrances 2010 pre-conference seminar on “De-Mystifying the DfE Criteria for Fragrances” led by Libby Sommer, Environmental Scientist, Design for the Environment Branch, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; Teresa McGrath, Supervising Toxicologist, NSF International; and Dr. Margaret Whittaker, Managing Director, ToxServices LLC. The seminar will take place Thursday, May 20, 2010 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Hotel Monaco Alexandria in Alexandria, VA.

The seminar is geared towards chemists, toxicologists, perfumers, and corporate sustainability managers and will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the DfE Criteria for Fragrances; answers to the most frequently asked questions; insight into applying the DfE Criteria for Fragrances; key information on how to pre-screen fragrances before third-party review and how to submit a fragrance to a third-party; and knowledge on how the fragrance industry can utilize CleanGredients. The fee to attend this seminar is $200.
