Blades began his career with Dealerskins in 2005 as a web developer. Since then, he has assisted in building new dynamic applications, managed large upgrades to Dealerskins' core application framework and helped with infrastructure migration.

Along with his accomplishments at Dealerskins, Blades was recently inducted into the Adobe Community of Professionals, a program for experts who have served as active contributors to the world-wide Adobe community by engaging in forums, being involved in technical support in their community, writing articles for professional publications and conducting Adobe product presentations.
Before joining Dealerskins, Blades was an intelligence analyst with the National Security Agency, served nine years in the U.S. Army and worked as the IT director for Seacrets.
