Dr Marko Saravanja, Executive Director at Regenesys says “There is an urgent need to re-define leadership, to mould leaders who can bring people together to achieve sustainable results. People today are generally too well informed to blindly follow a leader and a set of rules. They demand a greater fulfilment and need to be challenged intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. The modern leader needs to inspire, unite, motivate and create value for everyone involved, and the aim of this seminar series is to impart the knowledge, skills and values needed to face the management and leadership challenges of the 21st century”.
The host institution Regenesys, is one of the leading higher education institutions in the training of business and government leaders. It has become one of the most respected and fastest growing training institutions in South Africa.
