Barbizon Modeling and Acting Centers are proud to announce that Miss America 2010, Caressa Cameron, is a graduate of the Barbizon Center in Vienna, Virginia.

22-year-old, Caressa of Fredericksburg, Virginia, represented her home state in the January 30, 2010 broadcast of the Miss America pageant held in Las Vegas. As winner of the pageant, which is in its 88th year, she receives a $50,000 college scholarship to which she is currently a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Caressa had this to say after winning the title of Miss Virginia, “Barbizon is so amazing! Thanks for everything.” She graduated in 2002 from the Vienna, Virginia Center and then went on to win the top award at a local modeling competition. Caressa has been a valued employee of Barbizon in our education department where she has excelled as a teacher of the Barbizon program and as an inspirational speaker to high school and middle school teens.

In addition to Caressa, there have been many other pageant discoveries that have graduated from Barbizon including local and national pageant title winners, such as Miss Universe and Miss USA.
