There’s a hot new fitness program coming to Ventura staring on March 1st. It is a programming approach that’s sweeping the country challenging exercise enthusiasts who have been looking for a co-ed advanced lifelong training alternative to traditional fitness classes and boot camps.

The program is called Intense Mixed Performance Accelerated Cross Training, or IMPACT, and will provide fitness enthusiasts in Ventura County with a new fast-track 12-month advanced fitness and dietary program alternative.

“"We are really excited to introduce this program to Ventura. It's cutting edge and is going to set a new threshold in the fitness industry for delivering cost effective results producing personal training classes. IMPACT provides advanced participants in our Ventura County Adventure Boot Camps with the next level of fitness programs combining a rigorous workout routine with a diet program that’s designed to show quick results after only one month,” said Rob Yontz, True North Fitness’ IMPACT program director. “It is also great for high school and other athletes incorporating a long-term fitness and conditioning program to help build endurance and strength for interscholastic sports and club teams.”

The co-ed IMPACT workout program is three days a week, for 55 minutes per session, and includes a warm up; a speed, agility and quickness segment; strength training; cardio and flexibility training all in one intense session. It was developed in California, the fitness capital of the West Coast, by the founder of the National Exercise Sports Trainers Association Dr. John Spencer Ellis. However Rob and Shannon Yontz thought the program would be a perfect fit for the fitness enthusiasts in Ventura County.

“We have great fitness enthusiasts and competitive athletes here in Ventura County who want to try out the hottest exercise program that really delivers results,” Yontz said. “Our IMPACT workouts are intense, and generate huge results, but can be easily adapted to the skill level of nearly any participants.”

The entire IMPACT fitness program was developed to be a lifestyle commitment and includes a comprehensive nutritional seminar and biweekly follow-up sessions, fitness assessments, weekly weigh-ins, photos, an exclusive membership only site, and weekly repowering newsletters in addition to the fitness routine. Annual members will also enjoy regular Total Body Regeneration specialty classes where they will be lead by a coach and concentrate on active rest, recovery, and regeneration

The new small-group fast-track IMPACT program kicks off on March 1st at True North Fitness & Health at 6019-D Olivas Park Drive in Ventura. Participants train three days a week and session times are conveniently set for 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The cost for the new program, with all of the added extra features, is only $249.00 per month annually or $265.00 on a month to month basis.

“You will see great results and truly feel better in the New Year by participating in our innovative IMPACT program,” Yontz added.
