Safari Surf School, Costa Rica’s premier surfing school and camp, is presenting Surf Fit Camp with fitness trainer, writer and video star Pete Estabrooks on March 22 to 29.
Guests will enjoy a special package of fun, fitness activities such as daily cardiovascular beach workouts, poolside balance & muscular endurance sessions, surf specific yoga classes and the surf lessons from ISA (International Surfing Association) certified instructors.
Estabrooks, founder of Canada-based Fitness Guy Inc., is a personal and group fitness trainer who has authored numerous publications as well as producing and starring in a series of exercise videos. He will lead Safari guests in the program of fitness activities.
