Action Inc. Showing No Signs of Stagnation, Continues to Launch New Campaigns out of Their Tarrytown, New York Headquarters -2010-

As the economy struggles large brand names have turned to diverse outsourced professionals to drive revenues. Within 2009 and into 2010 Action Inc. has been sought out by leaders within the Home Improvement industry.

Action Inc. is benefiting from a weak economy and is experiencing one of its biggest quarters on record. The client base for Action Inc. has expanded from sports and entertainment venues, to leaders in the Home Improvement industries.

Beginning in March of 2009, Action Inc. had a chance to run several exclusive test pilots for select national brands, which were executed with military-like precision. The firm was rewarded with the following: being able to launch these campaigns nation-wide, and having national brands allowing full usage of their name. These clients have now acquired their services, full-time.

From March 2009, through the end of that year, Action Inc. generated over $3.5 million as a major lead source, in gross revenue, for our main client. For 2010, it is predicted that they will surpass the $10 million mark. In the beginning months of 2010 alone, Action has already brought in close to $1 million in business for our clients.

This is exciting news because January is typically the “slow season here in the northeast,” in reference to home improvement. The key to their success is bringing back that “local feeling” to many of these national brands and corporate companies. They are able to receive direct feedback from consumers, and implement change instantly, versus the traditional and slow post-modern approach. Another reason for their success is the re-launch of their retail division – this time around, they have learned from their past trials and tribulations, and are now developing at a tremendous rate.

We had a chance to have a one-on-one interview with the owner of the firm, Rich DelCervo. "There are two reasons for our continued growth – The need for results from our clients, and being a results-based company. Traditional marketing is currently suffering, due to high costs and low return rates. The future of advertising was supposed to be 'online click' advertising. According to most reports, the rate-of-return is approximately a weak .2%. That is only one-fifth of a percentage point. We have been expressing to our clients for years that the best way to attract customers is to initially give them an incentive. Once they have been introduced to an incentive, you need to get the promotion in front of them as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is what we have done for years, and what we will continue to do in the future."

Rich goes on to further describe the second reason for Action’s success. As he speaks, you can tell why clients are lining up to be represented by members of the Action team. "It's all about sales. Ask the Director of Sales of any professional sports franchise, and they will tell you the same thing - it's about putting people in the seats. Combine that with our track record, and the economic forces at work right now, and it's no wonder why so many companies are asking for our services."

After speaking with Rich, there is no doubt that no matter which direction the economy goes, there is only one place Action Inc is going, and that is UP.
