With this release Rainmaker continues to enhance its open, secure and scalable SaaS application architecture via integration with Salesforce CRM, availability on Salesforce AppExchange and secure FTP and encryption support. Integration of ViewCentral with salesforce.com CRM shows a real-time 360-degree view of customer and partner training and webinar/event activity to salesforce.com users, providing opportunities to sell additional training and product offerings, accelerating revenue generation. This release also includes enhancements to the industry’s first revenue forecasting functionality for training services. Initially introduces in August 2009 in version 6.0, this enhancement further extends ViewCentral’s lead in helping training and education companies and department track and grow their revenue. The amortization and bundle revenue recognition tracking enhancements help customers manage the complexity of maintaining financial compliance.
