Partnership to Synthesize Service and Technology

Nexstar Network has chosen Modern Survey as a long-term partner to help them fulfill their mission "to guide and develop independent service providers to be 'Simply the Best' in customer service, profitability and employee satisfaction," through the use of our innovative research tools and client services.

Nexstar will measure their Members' employees' satisfaction levels annually using Modern Survey's unique synthesis of service and technology. Satisfaction levels for Members' customers will be measured on an on-going basis, through a state-of-the-art technology platform. These systems are configured to meet the needs of Nexstar's diverse constituency of Members.

The combined goal for these projects is to help Nexstar to continue to provide their Members with best-in-class service by gathering actionable data from their customers' and employees' feedback.
