Alepo today announced the introduction of its Fixed Mobile Solution for extending the functionality of existing mobile infrastructures to fixed voice and data. Fixed Mobile Convergence allows for a single infrastructure to support fixed and mobile voice and data with one bill, one interface, and one customer identity. As the telecommunications market convergences more and more toward single-device, single-network service delivery, it is imperative that providers have a back office solution poised to meet the needs of this changing market.

Alepo can provide a complete B/OSS Solution or integrate with third-party network elements to utilize legacy interfaces for new services. Alepo has already deployed this technology with customers across the globe, including Digicel, Telkom Kenya, and MTN Cameroon.

“Alepo is committed to helping providers anticipate new market trends by offering a Fixed Mobile Convergent infrastructure that supports emerging technologies, “ stated John Kim, Director of Telecommunications at Alepo. “Alepo’s solution aids providers in offering a single interface, bill, and account across all services offered, increasing customer service and market share,” he concluded.

Alepo’s Fixed Mobile Convergence solutions comprise of an IN to IP Charging Gateway, Provisioning Gateway, HLR Emulator, AAA Server, and convergent billing. Highlights of Alepo’s solution include unified identity management, real-time session management, automated activation and device pairing of CPEs, automated customer service, and ease of service bundling.
