He has served as Vice President of Finance for Silicon Graphics World Trade, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Autodesk and more recently Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Xactly Corporation, a provider of on-demand sales performance management software. During his more than six years with Mr. Cakebread served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Strategy Officer. He currently serves on the board of directors of and Solarwinds.
